Receive Reiki to feel an internal calm and awareness. At the time of your session, you’ll settle into a comfortable position while the Reiki practitioner uses light touch or no touch to offer your body and mind Reiki energy. This is the perfect introduction to Reiki, as well as a treat for those who are practitioners themselves. Book your Reiki Session

Attunements are the process of learning Reiki. This healing system relies on Body learning rather than mind learning. The ceremony of the attunements awakens the gift of healing within, and clears and refines our channel. With each level there is an expanded capacity to hold and channel Chi (Life Force Energy).
The first attunement opens energy blockages and releases them and sets a standard for self-care.
*A 60 minute Reiki Session with Sara is required before receiving an Attunement.

We have 2 styles of group events.
1 hour Reiki Class - great for offices, schools and day cares, summer camps, clubs, friend groups, endless possibilities.
The Reiki class includes a brief description of Reiki along with mindfulness techniques you can start implementing immediately.
The other group Reiki option is,
3 hours of 15 minute Reiki Sessions - great for Celebrations of Life, Weddings, birth ceremonies, birthday parties, and all parties.
